Caitlynn is a baby on the move with her sights set high! Walking before her first birthday, she was the youngest participant in a local Fun Run and completed half of the mile route by herself. She loves learning new things and has an ever expanding sign language vocabulary to show for it. Caitlynn loves to wow people with her beautiful smile and bright blue eyes. She's a local celeb in her small town, known as the baby who's always smiling! Caitlynn's favorite charity to donate to is St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital because she would like every child to have a chance at greatness.

Devon Sells
Devon is five years old and in the first grade. She is an extremely determined young lady and throws herself wholeheartedly into everything she chooses to do. She completed kindergarten and learned to read at four, although she says her favorite school subject is math. Devon also learned to swim at age four and began dance classes at three, and now studies ballet, tap, swimming and piano in classes designed for children aged six and above. She has always had a flair for the dramatic and has won Best Actress and Most Photogenic awards in several local contests. She is very excited to be named Petite Miss Angelic Queen of America and hopes to inspire other girls to follow their dreams while pursuing her own.

1st Alternate - Nancy Long
During her five years in college, Nancy completed her Bachelor of Arts and Master of Science in Criminal Justice, was named to the Dean's List, inducted into Alpha Phi Sigma National Honor Society, awarded the St. Catherine of Siena Award for Academic Excellence and interned with a Long Island police department. She's also appeared in movies such as "Music and Lyrics" and "Fighting" and the television shows "Gossip Girl" and "Damages". Nancy started mail in pageants as a way to boost her confidence and is proud of her success in Miss Angelic Queen. She hopes to bring that sense of confidence and success to her classmates as she returns to school this fall to study computer programs in the legal field. "You can do whatever you set your mind to no matter what anyone tells you."
